I was commissioned by the management team at Lloyds Digital Banking to design a series of infographics to explain the Agile delivery process for the creation of new digital services for customers of the Lloyds Banking Group.
The brief was to research and explain the delivery process used by coding teams in the creation of new services from 'concept to live'. To do this I ran workshops with senior tech and project leads from across the business to help them reach a shared understanding of their joined up delivery process. Following the creation of a wireframe detailing this process I then overlaid it with a visual language I created specifically for Lloyds Digital that would be easy to understand and relate. I coupled this with a succinct written narrative and set of descriptions for specific elements within the process to create a one for all presentation and hand out tool to be used by the the business when talking to their delivery teams.
ToDoodle Design 2014
I was commissioned by the Department for Education to design a series of posters that would assist their IT project teams to bridge their understanding of Agile project management and their own internal governance structure.
The concept is based on a 'light bulb' idea being developed through governance stages and the Agile delivery cycle into a fully fledged service with a detailed description of the teams and processes involved.
To achieve this I worked closely with senior stakeholders and the delivery teams at the Department for Education to gain an understanding o their project work flow. I then worked with them to develop a visual language that they could use to easily communicate with their stakeholders and project teams.

In 2012 was commissioned to design a poster and series of marketing materials, including a free hand out and a poster, to promote the award winning Brockley Market & educate shoppers about the availability to fresh seasonal fruits & vegetables in the United Kingdom.
For the hand out I designed a bookmark roughly proportioned to work with cookery books that provided a snapshot of fruits and vegetables available for the season that the handouts were available for as shoppers would be less inclined to throw something useful away, increasing their engagement time with the brand and reducing waste in line with the markets green credentials.
